First, check that you have a Certificate of insurance.  If you are concerned about cover for a specific country for a project or event  that requires a check of the territories covered by your insurance.  This is commonly found in a document referred to a a Schedule of Covers. As you may not have this then ...

Secondly, if you are part of an organisation that has insurance officers ask them.

Thirdly is your organisation is a Rotary organisation then if you are a Club your insurance, which is organised usually at Rotary Zone level (not by District or club) or at Rotary International level, especially travel and international events, you will have cover.

Fourthly, for Rotary your cover should be confirmed by issue of a Certificate of Currency (CoC).

If you are with Rotary and do not have a CoC contact the insurance team by filing a Helpdesk ticket.

If you are not with Rotary the Not4Profit Foundation can provide advice.  Fill out a Contact us form by clicking this link
